We exist because we are tired of dysfunction in the AECO industry. Quite frankly, we’d rather use our energy enabling outrageous success of the built environment than continue a role in the industry’s downward spiral of waste, blame, litigation, change orders and CYA. We know all of this is possible, but requires collective effort.

We deliver services with both construction and technical process expertise. In the past few years, we have seen and experienced VDC’s ability to dramatically improve design documentation and project execution and reduce the stress level of the project team. This effort was not without challenges; to achieve this value, the VDC-enabled process requires intelligent leadership and focused management.
