Q2 OK, we’re halfway through and things aren’t going as we hoped. Parts aren’t fitting, people aren’t coming together. Why? Can we fix things before it’s too late?
Q3 Crunch time. We need to accelerate schedule, force-fit components. Let’s deal with budget overruns later.
Q4 It’s essentially over. How did we do? How can we explain falling short? We just didn’t have enough time. And oh yeah, we need a plan for next time.

Q5 The fifth quarter. The time to do the job right.
To plan. To validate. To adjust. To simulate. To fail virtually. To fix, really. To execute flawlessly.
