Our ideal Managing Director is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, open-minded and dedicated individual that has an intuitive sense of the constraints and opportunities relating to innovation in the AEC industry.
Core Responsibilities include: Project and Quality Management, Industry Outreach and Marketing. In many ways, we (including you!) will define the position as we move forward. Position is based in Woburn, MA, but local, national and international travel to clients and job sites will be required.
Hiring Criteria include:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in architecture or construction related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in building or design industry, including work experience with VDC
- Excellent technical skills (ranging from Word to Solibri to social media)
- Strong management skills (both personal and team management)
- Creative thinker with ability to work in a close knit environment with like minded personalities
- Passion for industry transformation
